I don't know about Elminster, but I really doubt Drizzt is in this module. Doesn't he live up in Icewind Dale?
Just a generalisation!
" Kid never learned to clear a room. Doors and corners, I told him. Doors and corners."
Demiplane of Dread - Mira Human Bard (Searching for the Crown)
Genwald - Nesserrr (Katten) Feliz Ranger (Going Solo..)
- Stardust (Jade) Pixie Warlock (Seeking answers)
Borderlands 3 - Navi
I went with a dwarf fighter, a tank (although I couldn't afford better armor than studded for now) with the Clansdwarf kit from the Complete Book of Dwarves.
He is a traveling smith and merchant. He attempts to buy cheap ore, forge it into armor and weapons, then sell them.
Well, what would you all prefer? I usually personally like to keep my Bios hidden so that they'll come out in the RP but I'm more than happy to make a thread for it.
Don't worry haha, we will most decidedly not be running into any famous FR characters such as Elminster or Drizzy.
Then yes I'd just like bios PMed to me ^^ You may also post them with your character description if you prefer that.
@Onlie regarding spells, I've done a bit of poking about and it looks like many people either use a 3+Int bonus or 3d4 number for starting Mage spells. I think the 3 + Int Bonus is pretty reasonable, but 2 of them must be Read Magic (no way to read spellbooks without this) and Detect Magic.
So you've got to choose 8 more spells, and roll to see if you learn them or not using 1d100. That would be a 99% chance to learn spells from the Evocation school and 70% chance to learn spells from any other school since you're a specialist.
Yep, so I said I would work on my history for my character last night. Instead, I passed out since I had a total of 2 hours and 30 mins of sleep yesterday. I'll work on it today though since I plan on being a bad girl, and not going to that hell hole I call a job today.
Greetings people. I will be joining you, having been recruited by NoTrammeling on another website. My character stats are already posted in the appropriate thread, complete with a link to the sheet and a quick way of contacting me for any reason. I've been looking for an AD&D game for some time now, having created a character for one that died before it ever hit the table. On the website I frequent, they seem to be few and far between, with 3.5, Pathfinder and 4e being much more popular.
Welcome, Faeryl! Thanks for taking the initiative and getting your character going ^^ In fact Seraphina is almost complete, though if you would like to include a short biography just PM it to me.
