Hey all ^^;
I must apologize for my general absence this past week. I am in the USA these days for work and travel and it was the holidays. However, there is a deeper underlying reason I feel. Being in so many games AND DMing Daggerdale makes me hesitate to pull the site up sometimes, because of all of the effort I know I'll need to put in. Some games are already getting neglected (including this one), and my overall post quality is down.
I'm not sure what I'd like to do about it, but my options are to withdraw from some other games or to shut down DoD. The workload I've got is simply too much to be enjoyable right now. Any thoughts or tips are welcome of course ^^;

Re: DoD OOC
How many games do you think you'd need to drop to reach an equilibrium?
Although that question kind of assumes all games require equal effort, which I suppose isn't really the case.

We all go through periods of being busy and rushed and feeling overwhelmed.
I would stick with it, and push through. You won't be insanely busy forever.

That's true; worst came scenario, you can put Daggerdale on a hiatus. It's not without precedent. Saltmarsh has been on hiatus since August, and Everdark has been on one for a whole year.
Re: DoD OOC
We can also let Matthias lose himself in the herbal garden of the Valckenburg for a while, the rest of the group can manage without him.
As a sice note, I think I'll be able to revive Saltmarsh next year.

Good news, that is. I miss Martin terribly. And he has one more big trick up his sleeve.

Re: DoD OOC
This time of year is kind of hard on everyone. If you need to put the game on a hiatus, I think we will all understand. I do hope that you don't stop it all together, though.
Re: DoD OOC
Yes, it would be very sad to stop a game that's so interesting.
