Any DMs interested in running a 5th edition game?

Rivi and I are interested in learning that system.

xelphyn was starting up a 5E game (see Requiem of Despair) but has not logged in over a month, so it's kind of up in the air at the moment. If he comes back, though, you should look into it.

I thought this might prove useful to you if you don't have a reference already. I was told that it is a legal copy, If anyone knows otherwise I will remove the link.

Edit: Forgot to mention that it is a 5thE PHB.

Got the hard copy (about £22). Good quality. Haven't got the DMG yet

I've been working on some 5th edition homebrew this week.
I've never been a DM before and have only played a handful of characters online and admittedly my knowledge of the mechanics and lore/background is limited.
But I could have a go at doing something. I've probably got enough material to take a party through level 1 and 2. Also, I have 3 pre-generated character sheets (borrowed from the D&D website and modified a little)

EDIiT
I imagine this would be a little taster like Jaded did in the past with the Dragon Age system
And people would be free to roll up their own characters. I just offerred if people wanted to jump straight in with pregen

I would like to create characters, and such. I am learning from ground up.

I could of course create the character but I would need someone to proof it for me.

Go for it then. You can find character sheets and so forth on the D&D website

Sweet.

I will work on a sheet, then post it so it can be edited/critiqued.

I've always done 4d6 drop the lowest. And have always used invisible castle but since that's gone I vote to rely on good faith

Damn. I'm super intrigued at playing a 5e game but I fear I am too short on free time as it is...
